Our History

 

1940 - Beginning

Founded in Medan, the largest city in North Sumatra, our shop opened at Jalan Surabaya No. 16 and has been running since 1940.

1967 - Second Generation

Second Generation went into business.

Kie Sioe Jan takes over the company and makes Solo Baru Tailor the best tailor in Medan 

 

2008 - Third Generation

The Third Generation went into business.

Sumina Suherman as the third generation took over the business along with Kie Sioe Jan Guidance.

2018 - Fourth Generation

Fourth Generation went into business.

Hadrian Suherman as their successor makes Solo Baru Tailor go online and spread its wings to Jakarta, the Capital City of Indonesia.
